  • Not at all! It’s a workout using ballet techniques & inspired by ballet movement, but it’s NOT A BALLET CLASS.

    I explain & practise each movement before applying it to music. I give alternatives depending on how you’re feeling and how much of a challenge you want each week.

  • Wear comfy clothes such as leggings & layers to take off as you warm up. Bare feet or grippy socks are fine as most of our work is on a mat. However, if you’d like to wear ballet shoes, they are great too!

  • You do not need to be flexible or ‘bendy’. We do gentle stretches to help us release any tension in our muscles throughout the class & you do what feels comfortable to you.

  • All classes need to be pre-booked and are non-refundable & non-transferable due to group sizes.

  • Cancellation – if a class has to be cancelled for reasons out of my control you will receive a full refund.

  • Yes, we often have special offers to incentivise you if you bring a fiend to class

  • Classes can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis or in a term block with a 10% discount using discount code BLOCK10 at the checkout, prior to the first class of the term.

  • To book a private 1:1 or 2:1 class, please contact me to find a suitable date. Once agreed, I will send you a direct link to book the class at your time. Please contact me about this.

  • Classes are currently held in a beautiful rural barn - The Barn, Claston Farm, Dormington, HR1 4EA

  • If you know someone who would enjoy our classes, please bring them along or refer them and you will get 50% off your next class. Please contact me about this.
