I've always loved sports, exercising, and being active in nature. Becoming a mummy to two girls fuelled my passion for the benefits of exercise, inspiring me to start classes specifically for women.

As my body’s needs have changed with time, my fitness approach has evolved. I now focus on movements that benefit women at different life stages, adopting a holistic view of fitness with the female form in mind.

With over 20 years of ballet teaching experience, I've seen how its techniques support women's physical and mental needs. So, alongside my ballet qualifications (IDTA), I trained as a Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM) to help women enjoy their fitness journey safely. Combining my experiences has led me to create ballet based workouts that celebrate women.

Applying ballet based methods, I compose beautiful, empowering workouts to strengthen, stretch & align your body. The thoughtfully selected soundtracks inspire our movement.

My intension is to support ALL women in an uplifting & caring environment. I am conscious of providing exercises that are suitable for all body types, going through different stages in our life.   I use low-intensity movement to protect the pelvic floor & strengthen the core, as well as challenging options so you leave every session feeling stronger.

You DO NOT need any ballet experience or a tutu to take part!  Simply bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing & move barefooted or with non-slip socks. I will provide the rest, so you can relax & focus on yourself.
